It been a long stressful few days i'll be glad when this week is over! Cant really say ive managed to eat much this week, its been pretty hot out and the heat always seems to curb my appetite, i can only hope it doesnt affect my weigh in too much next week as it seems the more i eat the more i lose! Not gonna worry too much tho just going to concentrate on the gym that always makes me hungry after! Did and hours training today although i wasnt particularly in the mood for it, i did it anyway as ive come so far already i have no intention of letting things slide, even my trainer is really pleased with how far ive come, considering when i first started i could just about manage 5 mins on the exercise bike without breaking into a sweat, now i manage a whole hour, sweaty yes but not in the first 5 minutes! Im starting to notice things now, like my the bottom of my legs feel firmer and instead of getting wrinkly skin it seems to be slowing going back into shape, thats the one thing i was worried about having been big for so long was being left with a saggy bum and thighs argghh!! seems its not going to be so bad considering all the hard work im putting in! And this weekend im going out for the evening and i shall be wearing ( for the first time in 3 years) a skirt!
