Bloody hell another brill week! certainly didnt expect that!
lost 3lb got slimmer of the week AND my club 10!!!!! Feeling 
extremly high right now, im now 15st 12lb! making me a total
loss of 1stone and 12.5lbs!!!! so i made it
under the next number! now im going to concentrate on the
next 13lb!  Feel so happy right now its unbelievable! Well i
shall sign off here but wil catch up in the week and let
everyone know how things are going!
