Well now ive had the kick up the bum i needed i will try to write in here at least every other day1 Had a visit to the hospital today to find out when there going to operate on my arm, hopefully by the end of august!! Although im really not looking forward to it as its under a general anesthetic! For those of u that dont kno, i have a nerve which is trapped and causing me to have pins and needles most of the time in my left hand, and 2 numb fingers and (most nights!) a dead arm, very frustrating as it keeps me awake at night, also my arm isnt as strong as it was, does not help when your left handed!! Anyway the op is more complicated that i thought, leaving me with a 10 to 12 inch scar! which means that arm after the op will be out of action for at least 6 weeks arghhhhhh!! Still lee will be here by then so hes coming with me and going to look after me when im back home :) Anyway enough of that! Had a good day today food wise, ive eaten everything i should and nothing i shouldnt! Back to the gym tomorrow too, felt enough faliure from yesterdays weigh in and never going through that again! Bought myself some new jeans too, they dont fit yet but im hoping to be in them within the next 2 months, i can pull them up (just) cant wait to be in them properly there gorgeous!

Eaten today:

Breakfast: Hifi bar, muller light and a banana

Snack: Banana and a kitkat

Lunch: Banana, muller light and alpen light bar ( really wasnt that hungry after i'd spoken to the consultant at the hospital!)

Snack: Another banana!

Dinner: Slimming world chips, beans and 2 eggs! (Tasted like pure heaven!)
